Former Ranji player Narendranath no more

Vice President of Andhra Cricket Association and former Ranji player Jagarlamudi Narendranath, who had been suffering from cancer, died here today. He was 65.

Narendranath had been battling cancer since the last two years and had gone into coma yesterday, family sources said.

The last rites were performed here this evening.

Narendranath, who had played Ranji for a brief period, was instrumental in developing cricket in the Andhra region as member of the Andhra Crikect Association.
