GE Energy Europe has sold its entire stake in GE Power India to Alstom Finance.
"We have been informed by GE Energy Europe BV (GEEE BV) that on May 2, 2017, GEEE BV sold its entire shareholding (13,789 shares) in GE Power India Limited to another promoter, Alstom Finance BV (presently known as Alstom India Tracking BV)," GE Power India said in a BSE filing.
Post the transaction, GE Energy Europe has ceased to hold any shares in the company and will be no longer disclosed as a promoter in any disclosures made by GE Power India as applicable laws in India.

The promoters Alstom Finance and GE Energy Europe held 46,088,294 and 13,789 shares in the company, respectively, as on March 31, 2017.
The stock of GE Power India closed at Rs 644.10, down 0.49 per cent, on the BSE today.
