Girl alleges rape but police say medical examination has "not

A class nine student alleged that she raped by four persons in her home in Bihar's Muzaffarpur town but police Monday said the medical examination of the minor has "not confirmed" gang rape.
Senior Superintendent of Police, Manoj Kumar said that medical examination of class nine student has "not confirmed" the gang rape with her.
Earlier in the day, the girl had alleged that she was raped by four persons in her house located at Imli chowk under Mithanpura police station area on Sunday.
An FIR was registered by the police on the basis of the victim's statement, the SSP said adding that police are investigating the matter as why did she name the four persons as accused in the alleged rape case.
Four persons, one of them the owner of a carton factory, forced their way into the girl's house, beat up her family members, tied their hands and gagged them before committing the alleged crime, the girl had said in her police complaint.
