BJP today mocked Rahul Gandhi over his dare to the Narendra Modi government to arrest him, saying the Centre is already probing a host of alleged scams that occurred under the Congress-led UPA government and there was no need for him to challenge it.
"Government is probing 2G scam, coal scam, CWG scam... There is no need for Rahul Gandhi to challenge us," BJP spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain said.
Investigations are already underway, he said, also making a reference to controversial land deals involving the Congress vice-president's brother-in-law Robert Vadra.

Taking a jibe at Rahul for his comments that nationalism runs in his blood, Sharma raked up a controversial story in 'Congress Darshan', a journal brought out by Mumbai Congress.
"It said fascism is in his blood," he said.
The story had called Sonia Gandhi's father a "fascist", prompting the party to sack the journal's content editor.
The Congress leader talks about nationalism while other party leaders use terms like 'Afzal Guruji', 'Hafiz Sahib' and 'Osamaji' for terrorists, the BJP leader said.
