Gram dal, maida prices decline, rest no change

The prices of gramdal and maida declined while all other commodities ruled steady at wholesale foodgrains market here during week ended today.

Gramdal opened at Rs 3,900 on Monday with the loss of Rs 50 per quintal from its previous rates and traded at the same rate till today.

Likewise, maida (90 kg) lost ground by Rs.50 to 2,400 from its last week's closing rate of Rs.2,450 and remained at the same level till today.

However, Thoordal (Rs 7,300), urad dal (Rs 7,300), moong dal (Rs 9.800), sugar (Rs.3,300), wheat (Rs 2,400) and sooji (90 kg- Rs 2,500) remained unchanged at their last week's prices.
