Groundnutoil gained in an otherwise sluggish Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here on good demand from stockists and retailers.
While, refined palmolein slipped owing lower buying from retailers.
In non-edible section, castorseed bold and castor oil commercial eased further subdued demand from shippers and soap industries.
In the edible segment, groundnutoil rose by Rs 5 per 10kg to Rs 965 from Monday's level of Rs 460, while refined palmolein edged down by RS 3 per 10 kg to Rs 457 from Rs 460.
Moving to non-edible section, castorseed bold moved down by Rs 25 per 100kg to Rs 3,750 against Rs 3,775 and castor oil commercial slipped by Rs 5 per 10kg to Rs 780 as compared to Rs 785 previously.
Linseed oil finished unaltered at Rs 875 per 10kg.
