Gur remains flat on little doing

The wholesale gur (Jaggery) market remained steady in the national capital today with prices after moving in a tight movements on some support closed at previous levels.

Marketmen said absence of buying or selling against restrcited supplies mainly kept jaggery prices unchanged.

Following are today's rates per quintal:

Gur chakku 3,200-3,300, pedi 3,200-3,300, dhayya 3,400-3,500 and shakkar 3,500-3,600.

Muzaffarnagar: Rasket 2,600-2,650, chakku 2,750-3,100, khurpa 2,650-2,750 and Ladoo 2,900-3,000.

Muradnagar: Pedi 2,850-2,900 and dhayya 2,900-3,000.
