Health worker injured while trying to escape molestation bid

A government health worker was critically injured after she fell from a hill top to escape an alleged molestation bid by a youth in Doda district.

The 22-year-old ASHA worker was on her way to home when she was accosted by the youth in a secluded place, police said, adding she fell off a hilltop while resisting the molestation bid.

The woman has been admitted to the hospital and efforts are on to nab the accused.
