Honda Cars sales declines 6.58% in Aug

Honda Cars India today reported a 6.58 per cent decline in its domestic sales at 15,655 units in August.

It had sold 16,758 units in August last year, Honda Cars India (HCIL) said in a statement.

Last month, the company sold 622 units of small car Brio, 5,404 units of hatchback Jazz, 3,260 units of compact sedan Amaze, 899 units of MPV Mobilio and 5,405 units of the mid-sized sedan City.

Besides, the company sold 65 units of sports utility vehicle CRV.

In addition, it exported a total of 585 units during the month.
