Puducherry and Karaikal regions registered an overall 92.94 percentage pass in the SSLC public examination held in March this year, result of which was declared today.
Announcing the details, Chief Minister N.Rangasamy said the overall pass percentage was 1.26 per cent more than last year's record.
He said each of 32 government schools would be presented a cash award of Rs two lakh in recognition of their best performance in the public exam.
