Indiabulls Housing Finance raises Rs 207 cr via NCDs

Indiabulls Housing Finance today said it has raised Rs 207 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.

"The company has today, allotted secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating Rs 207 crore," it said in a regulatory filing.

The debentures with a tenure of 10 years, carry 9 per cent coupon rate.
