Global body of capital markets regulator IOSCO today said it will hold a week-long campaign starting October 2 to promote greater investor education and protection worldwide.
IOSCO securities regulators and its other members on six continents will provide a range of activities from 2-8 October 2017, like launching investor-focused communications and services, promoting contests to increase awareness of investor education initiatives.
Among others, they would organise workshops and conferences, and conduct local/national campaigns in their own jurisdictions, IOSCO said in a statement.
