IT firm's acting MD accused of harassing woman employee

A 23-year-old woman employee of a local IT firm has accused the company's acting Managing Director of harassing her, police today said.

She has lodged a complaint with Banjara Hills Police here in this regard alleging the acting MD, Parameshwar Rao, forced her to watch obscene videos with him at the work place, they said.

Based on the complaint, police have booked Rao, who is absconding, on the chrge of outraging the modesty of a woman.
