Simran faced stiff resistance from Natasha Palha before registering a 6-4 6-4 win in the semifinal of the USD 10,000 hard court event.

In the other last-four stage match, fifth seed Delhi girl Rishika outplayed Hong Kong qualifier Hu Ching Wu 6-1 6-4 to move to the title clash.

Meanwhile, veteran Rashmi Chakravarthi and Anikta Raina lifted the doubles title after outsmarting the pair of Sri Vaishnavi Peddi Reddy and Prarthana Thombare 6-3 6-2 in the final.
