J&K Police foil bovine smuggling bid in Kathua
The Jammu and Kashmir Police foiled a bid to smuggle bovines in Kathua district Friday, police said.
A police team intercepted an SUV and recovered five bovines being smuggled to the Kashmir Valley from Punjab, they said.
The vehicle has been seized and a case registered, they said.
The smugglers escaped from spot leaving the vehicle behind.
