Government nominated Kafeel-ul-Rehman, MLA, Karnah as the Vice Chairman of Advisory Board for the Development of Pahari Speaking People, an official spokesman said.
Rehman would have the status of a Minister of State.
According to another order, the Government nominated Radhay Sham Sharma, MLA, Nowshera as the Vice Chairman of Advisory Board for the Development of Kissans (farmers) in the state.
Sharma would also have the status of a Minister of state.
Chief Minister Omar Abdullah dropped two advisors to Chief Minister -- Devinder Rana and Mubarak Gul -- and Vice-Chairmen of Advisory Boards for the Development of Pahari Speaking People and Development of Kissans in the state, Mustaq Bukhari and Ranshpal Singh.
Devinder Rana is considered close to Omar Abdullah.
