'King Charles' wins main Hyderabad race

Three-year-old colt, 'King Charles', ably ridden by D K Ashish, claimed The Alcock Arabian Million Cup, the chief event of Hyderabad Winter Races held here today.

The winner was trained by Laxman S.

Trainers Laxman scored a quadruplet and Sateesh, D Netto scored a double, while jockeys Ashish and L Beuzelin scored treble and double respectively.

Nine first favourites obliged in a card of 12 events.
