Knight of Ke triumphs

Knight of Ke, ridden by Zulquar Nain, won the Kanyakumari Plate, the chief event of the races here today.

The winner, owned by S Prema, V Sathish Kumar and Wayne Beck, is trained by Fahad Khan.

Trainers R Foley and Fahad Khan saddled two winners each while jockeys Zulquar Nai, N Rupa and C Umesh rode two winners each.

Only two favourites obliged in a card of eight events on a day when the second race "The Kendal Farms Plate" was declared null and void following some objections.
