L&T Finance Holdings, part of diversified L&T group, today said it is in dialogue with various investors for a stake sale.
"We wish to inform that as part of its ongoing investor relations exercise, the company meets various investors from time to time...," L&T Finance Holdings said in a filing on BSE.
The investors or stock exchanges would be informed as and when definitive development take place, it added.
The statement came following some reports of Bain Capital being frontrunner to buy a minority stake in L&T Finance Holdings.
Shares of L&T Finance Holdings closed at Rs 61.30 per unit, up 1.66 per cent on BSE.
