"One Tree Hill" actress Sophia Bush has dished on close friend Taylor Kinney's engagement to Lady Gaga.

Bush, 32, said Gaga is the coolest woman on the earth, reported People magazine.

"Her and Taylor, they're such an amazing couple," said Bush.

"She's the dream, just the coolest woman and she's everything. She's artistic and brilliant and so observant and so socially in touch, and she's also just the most chill girl who's talking to me about her chicken coop," she added.
