Lawsuit against Gwyneth Paltrow's website settled?

Lawsuit against actress Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle website, alleging bosses of copyright infringement, has reportedly been settled.

A health expert, Charles Platkin had accused the staff at Goop.Com that they used his 'Diet Detective' name without permission for a column earlier this year. He issued legal notice last month, reported New York Daily News.

He filed legal papers seeking damages for breach of copyright and an undertaking not to use the name Diet Detective again, but the lawsuit has now apparently been withdrawn.
