The 26-year-old actress has vowed to change her overspending ways in order to pay the "six figure" legal fees she owes to Shawn Holley, reported TMZ online.
The 'Mean Girls' star has been in and out of court over the years which has seen her attorney fees rise to a substantial amount.
Lohan has told friends she was clueless until a few days ago that she owed Holley a small fortune in attorney's fees, but now she's putting her at the top of her creditor's list.
She has told her business manager to pay the outstanding bills with the money she has accrued from appearances, endorsements and some acting gigs.
Although Lohan fired Holley, sources say she's been making an effort for more than a week to get her back.
Lohan still owes USD 130,000 in back taxes, and now she has a new lawyer who will be racking up his own bill.
