Lt Governor Jung visits Delhi police HQ

The newly-appointed Lt Governor of Delhi, Najeeb Jung, today visited the city police headquarters where he exhorted officials to crack down on crimes against women.

Jung, during his two-hour visit, witnessed the functioning of the police control room and interacted with officers, a senior official said.

While talking to senior officers, Jung said he appreciated the effort put in by the force to prevent crimes, but added that a lot more could be done in that regard.
