Magic should be used for raising awareness on health: Bandaru

Hailing magic as a wonderful art, Union Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatreya today asked magicians to use it as a tool for raising awareness on health and education in the society.

Dattatreya, who inaugurated the 'Choomantar Magic Asia 2016 - International Magicians Convention' here, also said magic should be used as a skill development programme, according to an official release.

Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) Chairman S Satyanarayana were also present on the occasion.

Magicians from Japan, Thailand, China and Indonesia participated in the event, it added.
