Man arrested, 40 kg charas seized

A man was arrested and 40 kg of charas was recovered from his possession, police said here today.

On a tip off, police arrested Irfan yesterday from Newandi. During checking 40 kg of charas was seized from his possession, they said.

During interrogation Irfan said that he had smuggled the charas from the Nepal border and was supposed to supply it in Haryana, SSP Nitin Tewari said.
