Man commits suicide in Sultanpur jail

A man lodged in Sultanpur prison for killing his daughter today allegedly committed suicide inside the jail premises, a senior police officer said here.

Hanuman Prasad was arrested yesterday for killing six-year-old Khushi, and this afternoon he committed suicide in the jail, Additional Superintendent of Police Kamlesh Dixit said.

He allegedly hanged himself and his body was found near the jail toilet.
