A 35-year-old man died and his cousin fell seriously ill allegedly after consuming liquor mixed with transformer oil in Doda district here, police said today.
Bipan Lal (35) died allegedly after its consumption while his cousin Makhan Lal (33) is stated to be in serious condition, the police said.
It was after the duo complained of stomach pain that they were brought to a district hospital but both of them were later shifted to state-run medical college in Jammu after their condition deteriorated, police added.
