Man dies due to heat wave

Heat wave today claimed the life of a labourer in the industrial town of Batala, police said.

The deceased was identified as Kaka (45), a resident of nearby Taragarh village, they said.

He was rushed to the civil hospital when he felt unwell where he was declared brought dead, they added.
