Man held for raping, murdering 7-year-old girl

The victim, along with her sister, had been to Nellur near Whitefield to attend a function when Nagaraj enticed her with some sweets before allegedly raping and murdering her at a deserted place, police said.

Nagaraj was arrested last night.
