Man kills, burns widower brother

Kulveer suspected his widower brother Dharmendra (40) of developing an illicit relationship with his wife, Police Circle Officer (City) Lal Sahab Yadav said.

An anonymous phone call was received this afternoon after which the victim's partially burnt body was recovered, they said, adding that the accused is absconding.
