Man lynched for killing minor

A man was lynched by an angry mob after he allegedly shot a 12-year-old boy in Bihar's Nalanda district, police said.

Deepak (12) was shot dead by Rajiv Thakur last night following a dispute, Deputy superintendent of Police Rakesh Kumar Sinha said.

As the word got spread, angry villagers, who found blood stains near Thakur's house, pounced on him and beat him to death.

A probe has been ordered in the incident, the DSP said.
