Man's charred body found dumped near Okhla barrage

The charred body of a man was found today inside a gunny bag near Okhla barrage here.

"It appears that the man was killed and then attempt was made to burn him so that he could not be identified," a police official said.

The identity of the man was not established yet and the police have sent the body for post mortem examination.
