Man Singh appointed as HPPSC member

Himachal AdministrativeServices (HAS) officer Man Singh been appointed as member of Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC).

Singh is currently holding the post of Special Secretary, Personal. He has served in various capacities including Secretary ofHP State Electricity Regularity Commission and Registrar, HP Administrative Tribunal.

He has also prepared training manual for food and civil supply department which was later adopted as a model document for other departments of the state.

Singh has also authored two books, 'Administrative Discretion: A Necessary Evil' and 'Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act: Socio-Economic Dimensions' which are ready for publication.

HAS Association has thanked Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh for appointing Singh as member of HPPSC.
