Tractors and Farm Equipment Ltd, (TAFE) today said it witnessed a 30 per cent rise in market share in Tamil Nadu following the launch of Massey Ferguson range of tractors.
The city-based firm launched MF 7250 Di early this year and witnessed 1,000 deliveries within the first two weeks of January, a company statement said.
The launch of tractors have resulted in higher penetration of farm-mechanisation and "the brand has seen a growth of 30 per cent in market share in the State", it said.

TAFE Ltd, apart from MF 7250 Di, also launched MF 9500 4WD equipped with 58HP Simpson engine coupled with Planetary Plus gear reduction system and has been well received for heavy duty operations, it added.
