Mathura BJP Chhavani Mandal burns Rahul's effigy

Chhavani Mandal of BJP today burnt effigy of Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi this evening over his 'dalali' barb against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Sarthak Chaturvedi, the president of 'Chhavani Mandal' of BJP, took exception Rahul's remark.

"The statement of Rahul Ghandhi is uncalled for, indecent and condemnable," he said, adding "the remark is insulting to Army as well as to Prime Minister Narendra Modi".

"We cannot tolerate such statements," he said.

They raised slogans against Rahul and Congress party and burnt the effigy near the Mathura collector's office.
