A minor boy, who had been missing since Tuesday, was found murdered in the Khatauli town of the district, with the police suspecting that he was strangulated after being sodomised.
Saif Ali (12), who had been missing since Tuesday, was found murdered yesterday, Deputy SP Arun Sirohi said here.
It is suspected that he was strangulated to death after being sodomised, he said today.
A case has been registered against unidentified persons, the official added.
Meanwhile, angry over the incident, some people blocked a highway at Khatauli in protest.
In another incident, a 40-year-old Delhi-based trader was found murdered in a hotel room here, police said.
D K Sharma, a resident of Jahangirpuri in Delhi, was found murdered in the hotel room here yesterday, they said.
The case is being investigated and no arrest has been made so far, police added.
