Moscow 'perplexed' by Tillerson's talk of 'aggression'

Moscow declared itself "perplexed" by comments made by US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, who said today would hold talks with NATO allies about "Russia's aggression in Ukraine".

Russia's foreign ministry said it regretted his statements and denounced NATO "slander" over "Russian aggression", adding that such comments were particularly inappropriate the day after a Russia-NATO meeting.
