Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik today underlined the need to develop medical facilities which are both easily accessible and economical.
"We need to develop medical facilities which are both easily accessible and economical for the common man," Naik said at a function here organised by King George's Medical University (KGMU).
"Doctors through love and care can improve the willpower and confidence among the patients. It is also necessary that treatment provided to patients is economical," he added.
Terming India as the "country of young", Naik said the nation whose citizens are healthy is the one which progresses.
