Rapper Nicki Minaj has got all reasons to celebrate as her 2012 hit song "Starships" scored her first million-selling single in the UK.
The 33-year-old Trinidadian-born singer's track has become the 166th single to sell over a million copies in the UK since records began, reported Digital Spy.
The single is from her second studio album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded and was released on February 14, 2012 by Young Money, Cash Money, and Universal Republic as the lead song from the album.
Although "Starships" is a huge seller in the UK, but missed out on the top spot by Gotye's one-hit wonder "Somebody That I Used To Know".
