One gets life term in murder case

Additional District and Sessions judge Liyaqat Ali yesterday held Rambhuvan guilty of killing Lalchandra Yadav in October 2002 in Daudpur village at Jiyanpur area and awarded him life term.

According to the prosecution, Yadav was stabbed to death by Rambhuvan, his brothers Ram Prakash and Jai Prakash, and father Baijnath.

While Jai Prakash was acquitted for lack of evidence, Baijnath died during trial and Ram Prakash's case has been transferred to Juvenile Justice Board.
