One killed, three injured in celebratory firing

Santosh Thakur, aged around 28 years, was killed while three others were injured when a man, in an inebriated state, open fired from his gun during the engagement ceremony, they said.

The unidentified accused is purpotedly a relative of Ratan Singh-- who had come here from Gwalior for the engagement of his daughter, they said.

Singh and his other relatives are being questioned to establish the identity of the accused.
