Pamela Anderson sends 'Vegan treat hampers' to Bollywood stars

Pamela Anderson has sent 'vegan treat hampers' to Bollywood stars with a friendly note on how vegan diet helps her stay healthy and fit.

Among the recipients are Bollywood stars including Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Hema Malini, Shahid Kapoor, Imran Khan and Sonakshi Sinha.

The 'Baywatch' star, who is an honorary director of Animal rights group, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), has sent the hampers in a gesture for celebrating World Vegan Month.

"I have found that eating vegan helps me stay healthy, and gives me the energy to keep up with my kids, work, and travel and we all like a little truly harmless indulgence," Anderson, 47, said in a statement.
 

"I hope you and your family will enjoy lots of holiday cheer this year and join me in wishing goodwill towards all fellow beings with whom we share the planet.
