PFC creates another subsidiary: Gurgaon-Palwal Transmission

Gurgaon-Palwal Transmission Ltd has been incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary by PFC Consulting Ltd, an arm of Power Finance Corporation.

"The following company (Gurgaon-Palwal Transmission Ltd) has been incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary by PFC Consulting Ltd," the state-run firm said in a filing to BSE.

The subsidiary was incorporated on October 26, it said.

PFC is engaged in funding of various power projects in generation, transmission, and distribution sectors.

Shares of the company closed at Rs 236.90 apiece on BSE, down 2.73 per cent from the previous close.
