Prez leaves for Delhi after 4-day stay at ancestral house
President Pranab Mukherjee left for the national capital today after a four-day stay at his ancestral house at Kirnahar village in West Bengal's Birbhum district.
He was at Kirnahar, about 170 km from Kolkata, to attend family Durga Puja.
He reached Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International airport by helicopter from Kirnahar at around 1 pm and left by an IAF plane at around 1.19 pm.
