Pune DFA rout Gondia DFA
Pune DFA girls trounced Gondia DFA 6-0 in a Group 'B' league match of the OORJA CAPFs U19 Football Talent Hunt 2017 at the RCFL ground, Chembur, today.
Smidhi Khokate (2 goals), Saonali Chemet (2), Smriti D (1) and Aishwarya Gadekar (1) found the target for the winners.
In the boys category, Nashik DFA defeated Schools Games Federation of India-2 3-2 at the JNPT Sheva Stadium, Uran.
For Nashik, Anup Lokhande, Jayant Shinde and Suraj Gaud were the goal-getters.
The goal scorers for SGFI-2 were Tayab Sayyed and Ayan F.
In boys semi-finals, Mumbai DFA vs Kolhapur DFA (6.30am) and Pune DFA vs Nagpur DFA (8.30am) on Sunday, May 7 at JNPT Sheva Stadium, Uran.
Other results: Boys: Group A: Nagpur DFA bt SGFI-1 2-1; Girls: Group A: SGFI-1 bt Kolhapur DFA 7-0.
