Punjab wrestler Yasheen lifts Sirla Bhaga Kesari title

The bout lasted for 12 minutes.

Yasheen was awarded with cash prize of Rs 6,000 while runner-up Soffian got Rs 4,000 by chief guest Shiv Kumar Sharma, member J&K State Sports Council and Treasurer of Indian Style Wrestling Association of India.

45 bouts were played in the tournament in which wrestlers from Punjab, Harayana, Delhi, Rajasthan and J&K participated.

An amount of Rs 75,000 has been incurred for conduct of this one-day dangal.

The bout between Romesh and Murad Ali of Jammu ended in a draw after 27 minutes. Both the wrestlers were awarded cash prize of Rs 6,000.

The third main bout was won by Nawaj Ali who defeated Pritam Singh.
