Rahul Gandhi to converse directly with Goa booth level workers

"We need to work in a time-bound manner. In 2019, we must ensure that government in the Centre will root out BJP," he said.

Chellakumar said Congress will designate prominent workers of the party as "Sahyogis" who will help connecting voters with the party organisation.

"Each 'Sahyogi' will have 30-35 houses under his ambit. Sahyogis will have to look after the interest of those living in these houses. They will be responsible for those houses. Sahayogis will act like a bridge between the party high command and the households," Chellakumar added.
