Raid on brothel; 34 sex workers detained

Meerut police, following a tip-off by activists of a Delhi-based NGO, raided the brothel yesterday evening, SSP K Satynarayan said.

Among the sex workers were minors from Nepal, the SSP said, adding, they are likely to be produced before a court today.
