The campaign will start as a pilot project in Kota and Jaipur where addicts of alcohol, tobacco and narcotics would be identified, said R C Sahni, who has been appointed by state government to carry out the de-addiction campaign in the two cities.
After identifying the addicts, treatment for de-addiction and rehabilitation facilities would be provided to them, Sahni said.
"All sections of society including urban and rural areas would be covered in the survey," he said.
"After completion of pilot survey in Kota and Jaipur, the survey to identify drug addicts would be carried out in other addiction
