Refined palmolein prices slipped at the Vashi oils and oilseeds market here today due to reduced offtake from retailers amidst lower Malaysian cues.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil and linseed oil ruled stable in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial eased further following to lack of demand from shippers and soap manufacturers.
The castorseeds futures rates were unavailable today.
In the edible section, refined palmolein eased by Rs 3 per 10kg to Rs 572 from last Friday's closing level of Rs 575. Groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 800 per 10kg.
Moving to non-edible segment, castorseed bold fell by Rs 50 per 100kg to Rs 4,050 from Rs 4,100,castoroil commercial declined by Rs 10 per 10kg to Rs 840 as against Rs 850 previously. Linseedoil closed unaltered at Rs 825 per 10kg.
